其他要求：  銷售主任 Sales Supervisor   工作時間: 1. 每週工作6天, 09:00-18:00 崗位職責: 1. 負責團隊之間日常溝通與協調、銷售目標分解與執行追蹤，確保業績達成。 2. 開拓與維護重點客戶，維護客情關係，提升客戶複購與滿意度。 3. 制定銷售計畫，優化銷售流程，提升效率。 4. 完成市場調研、競品分析、活動策劃與落地。 5. 獨立制定與分析每月銷售報表，按時提交銷售報表、工作總結及上級交辦的其他工作。 Job Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for daily communication and coordination within the team, sales target decomposition and execution tracking to ensure performance targets are met. 2. Develop and maintain key clients, cultivate customer relationships, and improve customer repeat purchases and satisfaction. 3. Develop sales plans, optimize sales processes, and improve efficiency. 4. Complete market research, competitor analysis, and event planning and implementation. 5. Independently develop and analyze monthly sales reports, and submit sales reports, work summaries, and other tasks assigned by superiors on time. 職責要求: 1. 高中及以上學歷，市場行銷、管理類相關專業優先。 2. 3年及以上銷售管理經驗，有快消/零售/等行業經驗優先。 3. 具備優秀的業務開拓、客戶談判、團隊管理與目標達成能力。 4. 抗壓能力強，結果導向，有責任心與執行力。 5.熟悉掌握辦公軟件Microsoft365 (Word,Excel,PowerPoint,Outlook)，能獨立處理銷售報表等文書工作。 6. 熟悉銷售資料複盤、市場推廣及客戶管理流程。 Job Requirements: 1. High school diploma or above, with preference given to candidates majoring in marketing or management. 2. 3+ years of sales management experience, with preference given to candidates with experience in FMCG/retail or related industries. 3. Excellent business development, customer negotiation, team management, and target achievement abilities. 4. Strong stress resistance, results-oriented, responsible, and with strong execution skills. 5. Proficient in office software and able to independently handle sales reports and other paperwork. 6. Familiar with sales data review, marketing, and customer management processes.
