其他要求： Assistant Restaurant Manager 餐廳副經理 (5 days work per week)  Responsibilities:     Direct and supervise the team in operations and service delivery according to hotel standards     Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge in order to explain and sell services and facilities to guests.     Enhance the effectiveness of kitchen and services team; smooth operations of work section assigned     Ensure the cleanliness of the restaurant, tableware and silverware are properly placed and set up     Record sales, complaints, solutions and equipment.     Assist to make menu and beverage menu’s price policy Requirements:     Diploma or Degree preferably in hospitality or related field     Good oral and written communication skills in English and Chinese     Min 3-year experience in hotel F&B operation     Experienced in all aspects of restaurants service     Excellent leader and trainer with solid motivational and teamwork skills     Macau residents only
